1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the a4share platform, including the website at a4share.app and the a4share mobile application available for Android and iOS devices. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets or using any feature of the platform, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

If you are accessing a4share on behalf of someone else or as part of any third-party arrangement, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that individual to these Terms. a4share reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the a4share Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and a4share. Links to both documents are available in the footer of every page on the platform.

2 Eligibility

To use the a4share platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. a4share is strictly an adult platform. Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing or playing under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee or contractor of a4share or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party when registering or using the account.
• You must not be a person who has previously had an account on a4share suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

a4share reserves the right to request verification of age and identity at any point. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending verification and any balances may be held until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on a4share. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering your a4share account you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any point during your use of the platform is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. a4share will never ask you to share your password with anyone, including our support team. Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the a4share support team immediately.

Account verification may be requested at any time. This typically involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held until verification is satisfactorily completed. This process is standard across online gaming platforms and exists to protect both the player and the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on a4share are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, mobile wallets and debit/credit cards. The available methods displayed in your account at the time of transaction are the currently supported options.

Deposits are generally credited to your a4share account balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically reflect quickly, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. a4share reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

• Funds deposited on a4share must be used for gameplay before withdrawal.
• a4share does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method must belong to the account holder.
• Any deposits made using payment details that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may result in the transaction being reversed and the account reviewed.
• Withdrawal requests may take additional time to process during periods of high volume or when further verification is required.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

a4share offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions and event-specific offers tied to Cricket, PSL, T20 and other sporting events. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before opting in.

The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on a4share unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at a time.
• Abuse prevention: a4share reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms.

Bonuses are offered as an added benefit for genuine players. a4share encourages all players to review bonus terms carefully and only opt in to promotions that suit their regular playing style.

6 Gameplay Rules

a4share offers a range of games and betting products including Sports Betting (Cricket, PSL, T20, Football, Esports and more), Live Casino (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and live game shows), Bingo, and a full Game Lobby of slots and table games. Each product category has its own specific rules which are accessible within the relevant section of the platform.

All bets placed on a4share are binding once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip or game selection before confirming any wager. a4share does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have already been confirmed, except in circumstances where the platform has made a manifest error in odds or game settings.

In the event of a technical failure during a game or live casino session, the hand, spin or round in progress at the time of the failure may be voided and the stake returned to your account balance. a4share will review any disputed outcomes on a case-by-case basis, and the outcome of that review is final.

• Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football).
• Live Casino games are operated by third-party providers and their results are final once the dealer or game interface confirms the outcome.
• Bingo game results are determined by the certified random number generation system used by the Bingo platform provider.
• Maximum bet limits may apply per game, per event or per account depending on circumstances at a4share's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on a4share. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game malfunctions or odds errors for financial gain.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games, poker or any other multi-player format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using a4share to process funds from illegal activity.
• Allowing or assisting any third party to access or use your account.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means, including chip dumping in casino games.
• Accessing the platform if you have voluntarily self-excluded or been excluded by a4share.

8 Security & Privacy

a4share uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal data and financial transactions. All communication between your device and the a4share platform is secured. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can access at any time via the link in the footer.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and login credentials. Use a strong, unique password for your a4share account and do not share it with anyone. If you use the a4share app on a shared device, always log out after your session.

a4share will never contact you asking for your password, full card number or full bank account details via email, SMS or live chat. If you receive any communication claiming to be from a4share and requesting sensitive information, treat it as suspicious and contact our support team directly through the official platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

a4share is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is designed for adult entertainment only — it is not a financial product, investment tool or income source. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a leisure activity with a clear personal budget set in advance.

a4share provides the following responsible gaming tools, available from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap on your account to help manage your spend.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

a4share reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Detected use of prohibited software or automation tools.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined by the platform's dormant account policy.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be retained during the review period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance made available. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the a4share support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to any applicable verification and processing requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

a4share provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure the platform operates smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Maintenance windows, technical issues or factors outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

a4share shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Any loss of data or account access resulting from the player's failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Betting or gaming decisions made by the player, including any financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or the player's own bank.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use or inability to use the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits a4share's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where limitation of liability would be unlawful.

12 Changes to These Terms

a4share may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the a4share platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact the support team to request account closure.
